Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering business transformation projects in a corporate environment looking to join a growing pan-European business
We're looking for a commercially focused Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and deliver measurable value. Someone who can demonstrate a range of project management methodologies, using a variety of tools
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage scope, budgets, resources, risks, governance and reporting.
- Delivery of business transformation projects.
- Business process mapping and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Financial management, budgeting, cost control and KPI reporting.
- Business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Procurement and contract management.
- Lead cross-functional teams and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations and negotiations.
- Coach project teams and influence without authority.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within fast-paced commercial environments.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
- PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or equivalent qualification desirable.
