Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering business transformation projects in a corporate environment looking to join a growing pan-European business

We're looking for a commercially focused Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and deliver measurable value. Someone who can demonstrate a range of project management methodologies, using a variety of tools

• Lead projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage scope, budgets, resources, risks, governance and reporting.
• Delivery of business transformation projects.
• Business process mapping and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Financial management, budgeting, cost control and KPI reporting.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Procurement and contract management.
• Lead cross-functional teams and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations and negotiations.
• Coach project teams and influence without authority.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within fast-paced commercial environments.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
• PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or equivalent qualification desirable.
