Customer Testing Coordinator – Salary Circa £35,000

A bit about the job:As a Customer Testing Coordinator, you'll provide essential operational and administrative support for Aviva's customer communications testing programme. Working within the Customer Testing team, you'll help ensure testing activity is delivered effectively, governance requirements are met, and robust records are maintained to support customer outcomes and Consumer Duty expectations.
You’ll coordinate testing requests from across the business, manage stakeholder communications, maintain reporting and audit trails, and support the production of management information and governance reporting. This role is central to the smooth running of the customer testing framework, ensuring testing activities are tracked, recorded and evidenced effectively.
Skills and experience we're looking for:- Strong administration, organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing records, trackers, workflow documentation and reporting activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.

- Salary Circa £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
