The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare and at least 5 years of experience in residential childcare, including 2+ years in a management role. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, oversee care planning, and create a nurturing environment for young people aged 12-17.
