Ready to take the lead on an exciting new-build residential project? A respected house builder is searching for a driven Site Manager to oversee their housing development, located on the outskirts of Norwich.

This is your chance to step into a role where quality, safety, and exceptional customer experience sit at the heart of everything you do. You'll be the on-site figurehead, coordinating trades, maintaining first-class standards, and ensuring the build moves smoothly from groundworks to handover.

• Leading day-to-day site operations with confidence and clarity
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is delivered to high standards
• Monitoring H&S compliance and fostering a safe working environment
• Driving programme targets while maintaining outstanding build quality
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Keeping records, reports, and site documentation up to date

• Proven experience managing residential new-build housing sites
• Strong leadership skills that inspire your team to deliver excellence
• Solid understanding of NHBC standards and construction processes
• A proactive mindset with great communication and problem-solving ability
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications
