Overview
I am currently recruiting a Site Manager for a main contractor based in London to run a £350k refit and strip out of a commercial building in Norwich, Norfolk with the project length running for 15 weeks and the works are undertaken out of hours (5pm to 1am).
Responsibilities- Deliver project reporting into a visiting contracts manager
- Trade management
- Site inductions
- Raise permits
- Tool box talks
- Manage the programme with dropdown line updates
- Influence H&S on site
- Q/A etc.
- Site tickets required: SMSTS
- CSCS-Black (This is a must)
- First Aid qualified
My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and they are looking to start the suitable candidate by the 2nd March 2026.
