About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a national construction and refurbishment contractor, delivering a Building Safety Fund (BSF) recladding and fire remediation scheme for a Housing Association client in Norwich.
This is a key position within their specialist Planned Works division, overseeing remediation works to an occupied residential building, including the removal and replacement of non-compliant cladding and associated fire safety and external envelope works.
You will take full responsibility for managing site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and in full compliance with Building Safety Fund requirements, fire safety legislation, and Housing Association standards.
This role is ideal for a Site Manager with experience delivering BSF, Housing Association, recladding, or fire remediation projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations on a Building Safety Fund remediation scheme
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and in line with BSF and regulatory requirements
* Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety legislation, and client specifications
* Monitor programme and progress, reporting to senior management
* Maintain accurate site records and compliance documentation
* Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
* Liaise with the Housing Association, residents, consultants, and stakeholders
* Identify risks early and implement solutions to maintain programme and quality
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on Building Safety Fund (BSF), Housing Association, recladding, façade, or fire remediation projects
* Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and building compliance
* Experience working on occupied residential buildings
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills
* Valid CSCS Card (essential)
