We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build housing project in Norwich. This is initially a 1-week contract, with further upcoming projects offering strong potential for ongoing work.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project runs safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all site activities and subcontractors
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance and site regulations are maintained
  • Managing site programme and coordinating trades effectively
  • Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
  • Monitoring quality control and ensuring works meet specifications
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and senior management
  • Maintaining accurate site records and reports
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within new build housing
  • Valid SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running
