Golden Fox Recruitment is proud to be working with a growing and forward-thinking environmental consultancy to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor in the Norwich area.

As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surveying services across a range of property types.

• Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG
  264
• Surveying mainly domestic properties, with some commercial work included
• Sampling and accurately recording asbestos-containing materials (ACMs)
• Producing clear, compliant and detailed survey reports
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with current legislation and company procedures

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience in asbestos surveying (domestic and/or commercial)
• Good understanding of HSG
  264 and asbestos regulations
• Strong attention to detail and a professional approach
• Full UK driving licence

• £35,000 - £42,000 depending on experience
