RG Setsquare is seeking a skilled Site Manager for a £1.3 million refurbishment of a high-end residential property in Norwich. The successful candidate will manage the project independently, ensure quality and safety on site, and handle trade management. Required qualifications include SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. The contract is approximately 14 months long, with a competitive day rate offered starting in early June 26.
