We are currently recruiting an experienced Traffic Marshall for a long‑term construction project in Norwich, with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety‑conscious individual looking for consistent work of up to a year on a busy site.
Key Responsibilities:- Safely directing vehicle movements on site
- Managing site entrances and exits
- Ensuring the safe movement of plant, vehicles, and pedestrians
- Communicating clearly with plant operators and site teams
- Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
- Assisting with general site duties where required
- Valid Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman ticket (Essential)
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous site experience in a similar role
- Strong awareness of health & safety practices
- Good communication skills and a reliable attitude
- Immediate start
- Long‑term project (up to 12 months)
