The Role
Atrium Associates are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our clients team on a large new build and part refurbishment project in Norwich.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile site, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervising daily site activities and coordinating trades

· Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations

· Managing subcontractors and maintaining productivity on site

· Delivering toolbox talks and site inductions

· Monitoring progress against programme deadlines

· Maintaining quality control and site standards

· Reporting progress and issues to site management

Requirements

· SSSTS - Essential

· Gold CSCS Card - Essential

· Proven experience as a Site Supervisor

· Strong knowledge of health & safety on construction sites

· Experience on large-scale or main contractor projects ideally

· Excellent communication and leadership skills
