Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major highways infrastructure project in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme delivering key improvements to the regional road network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily highway and civil engineering activities on site.

* Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.

* Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials.

* Monitor progress against programme and report to the Site Manager.

* Carry out site inspections, briefings and toolbox talks.

* Ensure quality standards and project specifications are achieved.

* Maintain accurate site records, permits and documentation.

* Liaise with clients, stakeholders and the wider project team.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on highways or civil engineering projects.

* Strong understanding of highway construction methodologies.

* SSSTS or SMSTS certification.

* Valid CSCS Card.

* First Aid at Work qualification (desirable).

* NRSWA Supervisor qualification (desirable).

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple work activities in a fast-paced environment.
