Senior Building Surveyor – North London Independent Consultancy | Residential & Public Sector Focus | Up to £65k  Benefits A respected Building Consultancy in North London is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor, iat Senior level, although newly qualified surveyors or those close to qualification will also be considered. appointment follows a sustained period of growth, with rising instruction volumes and project values. As a result, the company is looking to expand its team to support its busy pipeline of work.

About the Role The successful candidate will work on a wide variety of residential and public sector projects.

Responsibilities include:

Project management Dilapidations Contract Administration Building surveys Specification writing

You’ll have direct client contact and full autonomy over your work. Those at an earlier stage in their career will receive structured support to grow into the role and develop these skills.

About You Minimum 3 years' experience in Building Surveying RICS-accredited degree Strong client-facing skills Either qualified or on the APC pathway and expecting to qualify in the coming months

You should be motivated to contribute to the firm’s continued growth and success, with a long-term mindset and ambition to progress within the business.
