Overview
A genuinely exciting opportunity to join a fast growing business at a pivotal moment in their expansion, with a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Provide accurate and competitive pricing by translating complex project information from estimates and related data.
- Familiarity with JCT contracts and the ability to interpret and apply contractual requirements.
- Work with project teams to support commercial decisions and progression toward the role of Commercial Manager.
- Solid background in estimating and a track record of turning complex project information into sharp pricing.
- Familiarity with JCT contracts.
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- 25 days holiday, rising with service.
- Structured progression to Commercial Manager.
- Professional development and CPD support.
- Office-based role only (not offering hybrid or remote working).
