The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a major civils and groundworks project in the Norwich area. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term infrastructure scheme, overseeing the successful delivery of earthworks, drainage, foundations, utilities, and reinforced concrete works.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day delivery of civils and groundworks packages
- Coordinate site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and plant operations
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme
- Monitor progress and resolve any site issues to maintain productivity
