Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career?

Conrad Consulting is working with a leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy to recruit an Associate Building Surveyor for its growing Norwich team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine technical Building Surveying, project management, client development and team leadership, with the scope to play a key role in growing the Norwich office.

The Role

You’ll lead and deliver Building Surveying projects from inception through to completion, working across sectors including education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, defence and residential.

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing projects up to £5m

Contract administration, tendering and procurement

Building surveys, specifications and project documentation

Planning and Building Control

Cost, programme and resource management

Site inspections and project delivery

Developing new and existing client relationships

Supporting business development across East Anglia

Mentoring graduates, apprentices and junior surveyors

About You

We’re looking for a MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with post-qualification experience, strong project management skills and a genuine interest in business development and team growth.

You’ll also bring:

Strong client-facing and communication skills

Experience managing project finances and profitability

JCT contract administration experience

Advanced NBS specification writing skills

The ambition to help grow a Building Surveying team in Norwich
