Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys in accordance with current legislation and industry guidance.
- Collect asbestos samples safely and accurately.
- Produce clear, detailed survey reports within agreed timescales.
- Communicate findings professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain surveying equipment and company vehicle.
Requirements
- BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as an asbestos surveyor.
- Good knowledge of HSG
264 and current asbestos legislation. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
