£270 per day
Linsco Recruitment requires a Site Manager to manage Fire stopping works on a completed hospital building.
Role Responsibilities- Managing the day-to-day operations of the install
- Supervising subcontractors and site personnel
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard
- Coordinating trades and managing site activities
- Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
- Maintaining site records, paperwork and reporting progress
- Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and other site personnel
- Ensuring quality standards and project specifications are met
- Valid Black OR white CSCS Card - essential
- Valid First Aid certificate - essential
- Valid SMSTS - essential
- Proven experience as a Site Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction health & safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively
- Previous experience working on busy construction sites
- Full PPE
- Ability to start immediately
