The Midland in Norwich is seeking a full-time carpentry supervisor to oversee site teams on projects, covering first fix, second fix and roofing. You will ensure Health and Safety standards are enforced and manage client expectations on busy sites.
The ideal candidate has a solid construction background, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a proven ability to drive productivity. SSSTS/SMSTS is preferred but training can be provided; immediate start available.
