Campaign Partner Executive – Webinars and Podcasts

The Campaign Partner Executive is responsible for the end‑to‑end coordination and delivery of Biz Clik’s internal webinar and podcast campaigns. The role sits within the Campaign Partner team and works closely with sales, editorial and marketing to deliver engaging, high‑quality content experiences for partners and internal stakeholders.

• Webinars and podcasts are delivered smoothly, on time, and to brief
• Internal stakeholders feel supported, informed, and confident throughout delivery
• Campaign content is professional, engaging, and aligned to commercial goals

• Experience in content, campaigns, events, media or digital production
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Confident communicator capable of managing multiple stakeholders

• Experience supporting webinars, podcasts or live digital events
• Familiarity with webinar platforms, recording tools or podcast workflows
• Experience in B2B media, events or digital publishing

• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of internal webinars and podcasts, from planning through live delivery and post‑campaign follow‑up
• Coordinate schedules, speakers, internal stakeholders and production teams
• Ensure production standards and timelines are met to brief and high quality

• Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders involved in webinars and podcasts
• Work closely with Campaign Partners, Sales and Editorial teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives
• Manage timelines, run sheets, agendas and campaign trackers

• Liaise with video, audio and production teams to coordinate recording, editing and publishing
• Support live webinar delivery, including tech checks, speaker prep and live moderation support where required
• Ensure all assets are correctly stored, named and shared post‑production

• Ensure all webinar and podcast content aligns with Biz Clik brand standards and tone of voice
• Review outlines, scripts and speaker briefs to ensure clarity and consistency
• Support the repurposing of content into clips, highlights and on‑demand assets

• Track delivery milestones and campaign performance metrics
• Gather feedback from internal teams to continuously improve webinar and podcast delivery
• Support reporting on content output and engagement where required
