Hello.

We’re Lambda Films. If you’re an experienced producer, we’re sounding the proverbial klaxon and would love to work with you as a meaningful part of our team, helping to deliver upcoming work on a freelance, part-time, or full-time basis in the coming weeks, months and years.

We are a small team, so this would suit someone comfortable being closely involved. That may include leading UK and international shoots, supporting and shaping pre-production, keeping projects organised and on track, and providing continuity across productions when others are unavailable. Alongside the practical responsibilities around schedules, budgets, suppliers, and production paperwork, we are keen to work with someone whose creative input and judgement would genuinely matter.

What matters most to us is not job titles or years in the industry, but mindset, judgement, and the ability to take responsibility. We are looking for someone who can take real weight off the team, be relied on during production, and contribute thoughtfully to how work is planned and delivered.

We would strongly prefer someone local or near-local. We have a lovely studio space in a converted church in NR1 and, particularly during production periods, working together in person is valuable.

If you are an experienced producer looking for additional work, or something that could develop over time, we would like to hear from you. If we have spoken before, please do get back in touch.

We are a premium video production and animation studio who produce high-end video content for commercial brands. We’re a small, core team of specialists who love to create highly creative and quality work.

We are a company that strives to provide a better work/life balance than the industry norm; and while we can’t always control the unpredictable nature of shoots, we will always aim to fight our team’s corner to ensure they are well looked after.

At Lambda, you will have the opportunity to be creative and carve out your own skills and contributions to the company. We’re looking for someone driven, with a flair for creativity and a proactive approach to procedural development.
