POSH Virtual Receptionist UKis seeking a multi-skilled, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Multi Business Receptionist. In this role, you’ll answer calls and become an extension of hundreds of businesses across the UK. The calls are diverse, ranging from taking basic details and transferring calls to handling customer service enquiries, answering questions, taking payments, and booking appointments.
With such variety, no two days are the same, ensuring you’ll never get bored. You’ll need to think on your feet and deliver a friendly caller experience, providing accurate information both professionally and efficiently. This role focuses on inbound customer service, with no sales calls or cold calling. While there may be occasional outbound campaigns, our primary mission remains dedicated to inbound customer service.

RequirementsYou ought to be dependable, eager, adaptable, and above all, amiable, with genuine enthusiasm and passion. While previous experience in telephone roles and customer service is desirable, it is not mandatory; nonetheless, being an effective communicator is essential.

About usWe offer premium call answering for businesses with our 24/7 live virtual receptionist service and a powerful app. Firmly established in East Anglia, with offices situated in Oulton Broad, Lowestoft, conveniently near Oulton Broad North train station and in Norwich opposite the train station making it an ideal location for commuters.
Hours- Full–time role, working 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends on a rotational basis. *
- 8-hour shifts.
- Shift patterns will vary between 08:00-20:00.
- All shifts are published at least 2 weeks in advance.
* Note:
If you work a weekend, you will be granted the equivalent time off the following week.
