The RLO will ensure superb communication and minimal disruption while delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include liaising with residents, issuing reports, and championing service delivery standards. The ideal candidate will have strong customer care experience in house building, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with IT systems.
