Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Resident Liaison Officer based in Norwich. The Resident Liaison Officer will act as the main point of contact for residents, ensuring effective communication between residents and project teams. Responsibilities include addressing resident queries and concerns, managing complaints, coordinating appointments, disseminating project information, and facilitating access to properties for maintenance or regeneration works. The role requires working collaboratively with contractors and project managers to support the delivery of successful housing or regeneration programs.

Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and handle inquiries professionally
  • Customer Service skills to address resident needs, resolve complaints effectively, and deliver a high level of satisfaction
  • Analytical Skills to review and address issues, ensure project compliance, and problem‑solve effectively
  • Experience in Training and educating residents about project activities and processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external contractors
  • Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of housing, regeneration, or property maintenance projects is preferred
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is advantageous
