Position: Customer Support & Admin Specialist (Full-Time)

Huntress is looking for a Full-Time Call Centre Agent to start immediately in Norwich. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, maintaining professionalism, and supporting administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in customer service. The contract is temp-to-perm, fully office based, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
