Bodyshop Workshop Controller – Mercedes-Benz Norwich
Working in our aftersales department as a Workshop Controller you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Motor Industry experience in a similar role is essential
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work to timescales effectively
- Keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service
- Experience in a main dealer environment
- Strong industry knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
