We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Servicing & Deployment Coordinator to join our team. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding service. Acting as the central point of contact for engineers, customers, and internal teams, you’ll coordinate resources effectively, plan workloads, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Be the first point of contact for engineers, customers, and clients
  • Plan and schedule work to ensure customer needs are met and KPIs are achieved
  • Optimise the deployment of engineers across your allocated area
  • Keep customers fully informed on repairs, progress, and follow‑up work
  • Liaise with parts suppliers to ensure engineers are equipped to complete jobs efficiently
  • Handle administrative tasks including documentation, call handling, and record keeping
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service across contracts
