Position: Welcome & Service Team Member

As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.

Salary & Contract

Salary: £13.25 per hour

Contract: Fixed term ending on 31st December 2026

Hours: Zero‑hour contract, up to 4 days a week in busy periods, includes weekends and Bank Holidays but no evenings or split shifts. Flexibility required.

What you'll be doing

Deliver a great all‑round customer service experience at our Welcome Hub, mainly outdoors in all weathers. Answer queries, listen to visitors’ needs, share relevant information, and ensure a memorable visit. You will also be involved in various aspects of the visitor experience, helping to create a welcoming environment.
