FMG RS is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Bodyshop reception team in the UK. You will book cars in for repair, prepare files, and keep paperwork organized while handling payments and banking tasks. You will report to the General Manager and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service.
With 45 hours per week and a focus on IT/admin tasks, you will manage courtesy car arrangements and provide progress updates to customers. A full UK/EU driving licence is essential.
