East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a Call Handler/Dispatcher for the CallEEAST team in Norwich. The role requires handling non-emergency calls, coordinating messages, and ensuring timely routing to the appropriate contract.
The position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts 08:00–16:00 or 10:00–18:00. Flexibility to cover weekends and bank holidays is expected. You will work in a diverse region with strong collaboration across services.
