Norse Care in Norwich is seeking a Customer Contact Advisor to join the team and be the first point of contact for all enquiries into Norse Care Central Office. You will deliver professional customer service and support the Customer Relationship Manager with enquiry pipeline management.
The role is a 37-hour week in a fixed-term 12-month position, with a salary range of £26,000–£29,000 depending on experience. The office is based at our brand-new Head Office with on-site facilities.
