East Sussex County Council is seeking a Library Assistant to staff the customer counter, answer enquiries, issue items, handle cash, and maintain files across our libraries. You may work at different libraries in East Sussex, with travel costs covered from your base.
You will support library events, such as children's sessions in summer and weekly Rhyme times and Story times. Training will be provided; signposting customers to information is key; ability to be flexible is essential.
