Full-time What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of a dynamic team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and providing exceptional service. You’ll use our in-house CRM systems to manage queries, make bookings, and offer additional services where appropriate. You’ll also support senior-level managers and assist with various contact centre tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy Make outbound calls when required Listen actively and engage with customers to understand their needs Provide solutions in line with company policies Accurately log information and follow internal processes Perform other duties as requested by management
