Customer Service Advisor - Immediate Start Contract Type:

Temporary until late December, with potential opportunities available beyond the assignment We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisers to join a busy and fast-paced contact centre environment based in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a customer-focused role, and is confident managing a high volume of calls and enquiries.

Location:

Norwich - fully office based Salary: £12.71 per hour

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern. Shifts are between 8:00am and 8:00pm , Monday to Sunday, including some weekend working.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound calls from customers and service users in a professional and empathetic manner Arranging appointments and coordinating support services Accurately updating and maintaining information on internal systems Providing clear and helpful information over the phone Managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Working closely with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre or busy office environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good Microsoft Office and computer skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy A professional, friendly, and approachable manner The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a friendly team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
