This is a role built around sustainable general practice, not volume. Consulting rooms overlook a striking central atrium, more greenhouse than corridor, in a well-established practice on the edge of Norwich. With manageable session sizes, dedicated home-visiting support and a genuine, actively encouraged pathway to partnership, this is an opportunity for an experienced GP looking for a long-term professional home.

The practice sits on the edge of Norwich, offering an easy commute from the city centre in around 10 minutes, with Wroxham around 15 minutes away and Great Yarmouth roughly 30 minutes by car. The surrounding area combines established suburbs with easy access to the Norfolk Broads, making it a popular spot for GPs looking to settle just outside the city itself.

• Dedicated in-house home-visiting team supporting GPs with daily visits

• 6 to 8 sessions available, with Monday and Friday required
• Manageable sessions: 13 patient contacts per session, a mix of telephone and face-to-face, 15 minutes each
• Pooled list, with admin built into the working day
• Genuine, actively encouraged pathway to partnership after 12 months service
• On-call built into salary, with capacity managed to a safe level
• Flexible start times available
• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List

• Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience, with some flexibility for an exceptional candidate

• Sessional rate of £11,000 to £11,500 per session
