We are seeking confident, adaptable, and proactive Cover Supervisors to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and are considering a future career in teaching or education.

• Supervise classes during teacher absences
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials
• Maintain a positive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with college policies
• Support students with their learning and engagement

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Can manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Are reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
• Are enthusiastic about supporting the education of young people
• Have previous experience in a school or college setting (desirable but not essential)
