• Deliver high-quality scientific teaching, demonstrations, or technical support across the colleges science programmes.
• Support students in developing practical laboratory skills in a safe and engaging environment.
• Maintain and manage laboratory equipment, materials, and resources.
• Collaborate with academic staff to enhance curriculum content and practical delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and college policies.
• Contribute to the wider college community through innovation, teamwork, and student support.

• A degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related field).
• Experience working within a laboratory, educational, or scientific research environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with learners of diverse backgrounds.
• A proactive and organised approach to managing scientific resources and practical sessions.
