An educational trust in Norwich is seeking a Pastoral Support Worker to join their Guidance team. The role involves supporting students' pastoral needs including safeguarding and behaviour, and acting as a first aider. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, have experience in a pastoral role, and be capable of working effectively with a team. This is a permanent position offering 20.5 hours of work per week starting from March 2026.
