The Role
  • Support pupils with complex academic, emotional, and behavioural needs in high‑energy classroom environments.
  • Implement structured, personalised strategies to improve behaviour, engagement, and learning.
  • Assist with literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum activities.
  • Manage challenging behaviour positively using clear boundaries, consistency, and calm communication.
  • Create a structured, safe, and purposeful learning environment where students can thrive.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
  • Feels confident working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure school settings.
  • Has strong natural classroom presence and behaviour‑management instincts.
  • Remains calm, resilient, and solution‑focused when challenges arise.
  • Takes initiative and adapts quickly to changing situations.
  • Builds positive, respectful relationships with students and staff.
Driving is essential

You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, as placements may involve travel between schools at short notice.

In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
