Alongside learner driver tuition, we also deliver professional instructor training
, helping future instructors develop the skills, confidence, and professionalism required to succeed in the industry. With over 22 years of driver training experience and full DVSA approval

Based in Norwich (office and training centre) and Lowestoft
, we operate across Norfolk, Suffolk, and surrounding areas
, and due to continued growth, we are now looking for a motivated DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) to join our team in the Norwich area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified ADI
, ideally with 1+ years of teaching experience
, who is passionate about helping learners succeed and committed to building a long-term career within a professional and supportive driving school.

This is a self-employed position
, offering flexibility and independence, suited to instructors with strong organisation and motivation.

• DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) qualification
• Ideally 1+ years of teaching experience (newly qualified instructors welcome)
• Based in or around the Norwich area
• Own vehicle fitted with dual controls
• Adaptable teaching style to support learners of all abilities
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Driven, patient, reliable, and professional
• Personable, approachable, and confident communicator
• Committed to continuous personal and professional development
