- Deliver engaging and high‑quality Drama lessons across a range of age groups and abilities.

- Work collaboratively within a supportive and forward‑thinking Performing Arts department.
- Maintain high expectations for achievement, behaviour and participation.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Drama and the Performing Arts.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and high expectations.
- Can motivate and inspire young people from diverse backgrounds.
