Year 4 Teacher

About the role:

Justteachers is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed Year 4 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Norwich. This full-time role is set to begin after the Easter break and is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality education to Key Stage 2 pupils.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and inspiring lessons that support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development, while ensuring a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
• Support pupils’ social and emotional development
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers
• Uphold high standards of behaviour and classroom management

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• 2 recent references
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
