Position: Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Service Manager (ALC1658)

About the Role:

Library and Learning Enhancement Division – Learning Enhancement Team – Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Service Manager

This role is to lead the implementation of the PAL service strategy and operational management, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and driving impact through programme governance, planning, resourcing and reporting.

Salary on appointment will be £38,784 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £46,049 per annum (pro rata).

A degree or equivalent qualification and/or experience, together with experience of leading academic support programmes or peer learning at scale in Higher Education, strong data literacy, a proactive and student‑focused approach and the ability to create and sustain inclusive practices are required.

This part‑time (0.8 FTE) post is available on an indefinite basis from 1 July 2026.
