About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and attentive Exam Invigilators to support a well-established Further Education College in the Norwich area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, part-time work in an educational setting.

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring examinations are conducted in a fair, secure, and compliant manner, in line with awarding body regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising students during examinations
Distributing and collecting exam papers
Ensuring exam conditions comply with regulations at all times
Assisting with setting up examination rooms
Reporting any irregularities or breaches of exam conditions
Providing support to students where appropriate (without compromising exam integrity)

The Ideal Candidate

Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual, reliable, and professional
Ability to follow strict procedures and guidelines
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
