Salary on appointment will be £38,784 per annum (pro rata), with an annual increment up to £46,049 per annum (pro rata).
We are excited to offer this opportunity as Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Service Manager in the Learning Enhancement Team (LET) within the Library and Learning Enhancement (LLE) Division PAL service is focused on providing peer mentoring for students in their first year to boost academic self‑efficacy and foster a sense of belonging. The PAL Service Manager will lead the implementation of the service strategy and operational management, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and driving impact through programme governance, planning, resourcing and reporting.
You will have a degree or equivalent qualification and/or experience, together with experience of leading academic support programmes or peer learning at scale in Higher Education, strong data literacy, a proactive and student‑focused approach and the ability to create and sustain inclusive practices.
This part‑time (0.8 fte) post is available on an indefinite basis from 1 July 2026.
