Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across primary schools in Norwich and the surrounding areas, including schools with Special Educational Needs (SEN) provisions. Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, helping you build confidence, develop your teaching practice, and gain experience in a variety of school settings.

The Role
As an Early Career Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging lessons across your chosen year groups
Support pupils to achieve their full potential in inclusive learning environments
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with additional needs
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and school leaders
Follow school policies and procedures
Leave clear handovers for the class teacher at the end of each placement
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to achieve QTS
Be passionate about supporting primary-aged pupils
Have excellent communication and classroom management skills
Be willing to work across a variety of school settings
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to transport, as travel between schools across Norwich and surrounding areas will be required
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
