Overview
Based in Norwich with occasional travel to London, the Delivery Manager will oversee operational performance across both face‑to‑face and remote delivery.
Responsibilities- Lead the planning, delivery, quality, and performance of Study Programmes and Supported Internship pathways for young people aged 16‑24, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Ensure programmes are high‑quality, compliant with Department of Education (DfE) requirements, responsive to learner needs, and aligned to employer and local labour market demand.
- Lead a multidisciplinary delivery team, build strong employer partnerships, oversee safeguarding and pastoral provision, and drive positive learner outcomes in progression, achievement, and sustained employment.
- Manage job coaches, tutors, and support staff to ensure an outstanding quality of service that meets contractual requirements and empowers learners to transition successfully into employment.
- 25 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), with incremental increases after 3 years of service up to 28 days, and the option to purchase additional holiday.
