The Wensum Trust is seeking a highly motivated and conscientious colleague to join our sixth form team at Hellesdon High School as Head of Year.

• Support the personal development and education of students.
• Maintain the school’s behaviour and wellbeing support system.
• Work effectively as part of the school team and take initiative where appropriate.
• Engage and motivate children while addressing barriers to learning.

• Knowledge and understanding of how to engage and motivate children.
• Understanding of the barriers to learning that may affect students.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in a school or educational setting is desirable.
