Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to join an outstanding SEN school in Arnos Grove
, catering for pupils aged 4–18 with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
.

A specialist SEN school with a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Small class sizes (8–12 pupils) for tailored support.

Pupils have a range of needs:
Autism (ASD), Social-Emotional Mental Health (SEMH), Learning Difficulties
.

A child-centred approach focused on individual development.

Provide 1:1 support to pupils with Autism and other SEN needs.

Assist children both in and outside the classroom.

Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.

Work alongside experienced teachers and support staff.

Previous experience working with SEN children (in school or similar settings).

A proactive, confident, and patient personality.

Someone who can take initiative and work as part of a team.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
