As a Teaching Assistant , provide classroom support, deliver targeted interventions, assist pupils with varying learning needs and help create an engaging learning environment. Work closely with teachers to prepare resources, monitor pupil progress and promote positive behaviour. Support pupils with SEND where required; approximately 13% of pupils receive SEN Support and around 0.1% have an EHCP , with personalised provision in place.
